Our monitors automatically check on-hand quantities three times each day: at 7 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Monitors notify dispatch personnel with a low-level alert as soon as a tank reaches 50% of capacity. When this happens, dispatch sets a refill in motion.
When fuel consumption is high (30%), an alert is sent, notifying the company of this critical situation. At the critical point, all hands are engaged in tracking the fuel’s ETA.
